We are guided and governed by an experienced group of directors. These individuals bring a wealth of skills and expertise to the management of RBH.
With several directors currently or formerly operating at CEO, CFO and COO level of listed entities, RBH benefits from invaluable market experience and industry knowledge.
Our primary shareholders are RDI REIT and Tsogo Sun, with the remainder of shares held by a combination of management and high net worth individuals, all of whom have had hotel experience.
