- Gender pay gap
From 6th April 2017, employers in Great Britain with more than 250 staff are required by law to publish their gender pay gap information, covering pay and bonuses.
RBH is a hotel management company that manages a diverse collection of branded and private label hotel properties for various owners/owner groups across the UK.
Due to the nature of the law, RBH will publish all relevant Gender Pay Gap reports here as required by the composition of the RBH portfolio.

RBH has analysed the payroll data for the snapshot dates of 30 March 2020 and 5 April 2021 and, due to employee numbers, are not required to publish any Gender Pay Gap reports for any of the employers within its portfolio for those dates.
