Over the years we have been delighted to work with owners who believed in our vision for their hotels. By investing in rebrands, extensions, and refurbishments, we have been able to repay owners with strong returns on their investment.
A unique feature of RBH for me is their property and development expertise. RBH has managed a number of significant capital projects across my estate including a full bedroom refurbishment at Crowne Plaza London - Docklands in 2014 and the rebranding of The Landmark Hotel to DoubleTree by Hilton Dundee in 2013. These involved substantial investment by the owners and RBH project managed the investment so that the design and implementation delivered maximum value for money along with operational effectiveness. The projects were delivered on time and within budget with minimal impact on the day to day operations.
