Sales and revenue representatives from the 50+ RBH properties across the UK recently gathered to educate, share experiences, support and find common ground for working together as 'One Engine'.

The annual RBH Sales and Revenue Conference was held at Telford Whitehouse Hotel on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th June 2014, documented via the social media trend of 'selfies' using #1Engine.

The intensive two day event gave hotel teams insight into the management company strategy as well as the opportunity to hear from specialist guest speakers on The Power of PR and The Real Decision Process in Procurement. Interactive workshops from Central Sales, Revenue and Marketing support functions also gave attendees the chance to put learning into action. To drill home the importance of working together, the teams were treated to an unexpected gruelling afternoon of survival orienteering.

The event was rounded up with an open Q&A forum where Sales and Revenue managers got the opportunity to quiz senior management on the RBH panel.
