Award-winning Leicester Hotel Completes Transformation
Holiday Inn Express Leicester is having a double celebration after completing a six-figure refurbishment, and picking up a prestigious regional accolade.

The hotel, which is operated by the UK’s leading independent hotel management company, RBH, has not only unveiled the results of a £125,000 bedroom refurbishment, but has also experienced success at the Midlands Enterprise Awards.
The hotel was named ‘Best Value Accommodation Provider’ thanks to its dedication, innovation, business growth, online reputation, customer feedback and overall business performance.
Its dedication to operational excellence and outstanding customer service – together with recent investment – has resulted in almost 10 per cent uplift in repeat custom, which currently sits at its highest level to date.
And the property has received a further boost thanks to the completion of the six-figure makeover, which has seen all 110 bedrooms upgraded in line with Holiday Inn Express’ Generation 4 standards.
The investment has seen guest feedback acted upon, with multiple USB charging ports installed in each room – including by beds – and super high-speed internet installed. Guests can also amp up their comfort levels with a choice of soft or firm pillows ensure a great night’s sleep.
