RBH' (RBH's) shining stars are on track to complete the company's flagship leadership programme.

Nine heads of department from across the UK's leading independent hotel management company's 45-strong portfolio came together at Worcester Whitehouse Hotel for one of five two-day masterclasses in the firm's successful Pyramid Programme.

The scheme aims to assist participants in achieving Deputy General Manager positions within as little as 12 to 18 months. It features continuous assessment and mentoring from the senior team as well as requiring the candidates to complete key business objectives.

Susan Bland, RBH's Chief Human Resources Officer, said: "We are lucky to have so many exceptional team members throughout our portfolio and our Pyramid Programme has been specially designed to help our shining stars make the best use of their abilities.

"This year's recruits came together for their risk masterclass at Worcester Whitehouse Hotel and I'm delighted to say they are well on track to graduate in December 2017, with two members of the team already having found deputy managerial positions within their hotels."
