We’ve mentioned how hard we’re working behind the scenes alongside brands and owners to get ready to welcome guests once again – and, fortunately, our properties which have remained open to accommodate key workers have provided valuable insight into how our operations will work as we move forward post-lockdown.

Here Damian Frewer, General Manager at Holiday Inn Brentford Lock, talks about how he and his team are applying learnings in terms of social distancing, cleanliness and general operations as part of the ‘new normal’, to ensure the safest possible experience for our guests.
