RBH has been listed as one of The Caterer's 30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality 2017 for the fourth successive year.
The list showcases hospitality organisations that demonstrate exceptional skill at employee engagement, and which promotes a happy, motivated - and in turn productive - workforce.
And the results are based solely on employee feedback, gathered via a confidential survey run in partnership with Purple Cubed.
More than 90 percent of RBH's employees said they are happy 'all or most of the time', with the company's integrity being highlighted in the feedback.
RBH, the UK's leading independent hotel management company, clinched its place in the top 30 thanks partly to its focus on employee health and wellbeing.
The company manages a diverse collection of over 50 branded and private label properties, and has more than 2,500 employees across the UK.
Susan Bland, Chief Human Resources Officer at RBH, said: "We're proud to be listed among The Caterer's top 30 places to work in the hospitality industry, particularly given that our ranking is based on the feedback of the people who matter most to us - our employees.
"The focus on health, wellbeing and giving something back to our communities is a part of our culture, and is lived and breathed from the top of the organisation. It's one of the 'five pillars' that make up our commitment to employees and is playing a huge part in keeping our teams happy and motivated."
