RBH has announced that it will manage the upcoming Curio London Stratford hotel, part of Hilton's Curio Collection. The hotel is expected to open in 2020.
The new £77m, 18-storey hotel will boast 285 bedrooms, bar and restaurant spaces and a stunning sky bar with views of London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
RBH - which operates a portfolio of more than 75 hotels, including 26 luxury properties - will manage the hotel when it opens.
The venture signals RBH's first management agreement with owners, The Gantry Group, and will see the first Curio Collection property join the portfolio.
RBH, the UK's leading independent hotel management company, already operates Hilton branded properties including DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre, Hampton by Hilton Gatwick Airport and Hampton by Hilton London Docklands.
Curio Stratford will feature a stunning entrance with a curved two-storey podium and an exterior featuring a 'skin' of copper-coloured fins, while the luxurious interiors will include features like reclaimed chandeliers and velvet furniture.
Andrew Robb, Chief Development Officer for RBH, said: "We're thrilled to be involved in what promises to be a stunning new hotel in Stratford. We already work closely with Hilton, looking after properties under its DoubleTree and Hampton brands, and look forward to working with them again.
"This management agreement represents our first with owners The Gantry Group and we're delighted to be working with them, and to be adding a new brand to our already growing portfolio with our first Curio Collection hotel."
RBH will also oversee operations at Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter and Hilton Aberdeen ECC when both properties open in the coming years.
RBH's portfolio includes private label and branded properties, including IHG, Hilton, Accor, Marriott and Wyndham hotels.
