RBH, the UK’s leading independent hotel management company, has announced the appointment of one of its rising stars to the new role of Director of Technical Services.

Gregor MacNaughton has been promoted from Group Capital Manager to the new role supporting the company’s Executive Committee.

Gregor, who has 15 years’ experience in the hotel industry, joined RBH as Group Property Manager shortly after graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with an MSc in Construction Project Management.

He held the role for eight years and moved onto Principal Hayley, taking the title of Head of Property for the hotel group for three years, before returning to RBH in 2015.

Gregor MacNaughton, RBH’s new Chief Technical Officer, said:
