RBH has been shortlisted in two categories for the Caterer.com People Awards 2017.

RBH will go up against four other finalists for the Employer Brand Campaign title, and will face competition from 12 industry peers in the Learning and Development category.

The UK's leading independent hotel management company is hoping to do the double at the ceremony, which takes place on 5th October at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London.

Being named on the shortlist for Employer Brand Campaign underlines RBH's commitment to implementing its Employee Value Proposition - which focuses on key themes including employee health and wellbeing, engagement, open communication, development and a transformative and innovative culture.

On the learning and development front, RBH's position as finalist cements the success of a number of training initiatives for employees at various stages in their careers - including Chef Academy, the Bloom, RISE and Pyramid programmes, among others.

Susan Bland, Chief Human Resources Officer, said: "We're thrilled to be shortlisted in two categories.
