This is an area where we have significant experience from managing and co-ordinating the planning application process through to full project management of the capital works and FF&E procurement.
Holiday Inn Express London - Southwark
Appointed to co-ordinate planning process and full project management of a transformational £3.5m extension and refurbishment. This included:
Façade transformation, including complete remodelling of the exterior and cladding of the building.
Refurbishment of 90 existing bedrooms.
Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh City Centre
Appointed to manage large £5.8m project which included:
Reviewed existing planning consent for a 22-bedroom extension during which we identified an opportunity for an additional 3-bedrooms within the footprint, increasing the asset value. This entailed fitting a Metsec structural frame over 5 storeys at the rear of the hotel.
Organising and leading the design team.
Project managed £3.7m build, as well as procurement and installation of all FF&E.
Managing the refurbishment of existing 161-bedrooms, installation of new air conditioning to all bedrooms and full refurbishment to all bedroom corridors and ground floor public areas.
