Driving value for our owners is our primary objective and this can often be done by increasing bedroom count via extensions or re-purposing of existing space in a hotel.
This is an area where we have significant experience from managing and co-ordinating the planning application process through to full project management of the capital works and FF&E procurement.
Appointed to manage public areas upgrade, and conversion of meeting rooms into six
new bedrooms. This included:
> Appointing and co-ordinating the design team.
> Full project management of £800,000 project, as well as procurement of all FF&E.
> Working closely with IHG to meet the new Gen4 standards, yet making the design unique to Cheltenham.
Appointed to co-ordinate planning process and full project management of a transformational £3.5m extension and refurbishment. This included:
> 12-bedroom extension.
> Façade transformation, including complete remodelling of the exterior and cladding of the building.
> Refurbishment of 90 existing bedrooms.
