Rebranded 5 QHotels to Doubletree by Hilton within six-month period, including Doubletree by Hilton Oxford Belfry, Forest Pines Spa & Golf Resort, Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort, Cambridge Belfry, and Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Project included: 

Carried out a business reviews to ensure works would deliver required brand standards and enhance the areas of the hotel that would drive future revenue and profit.

Appointment of interior designer, quantity surveyor and designer.

Pricing of the brand property improvement plans.

Management of the procurement process, including tendering and ordering, for contractors and client direct items such as IT, FF&E & external signage.
